We and our courier partners are working hard to ensure deliveries stay on schedule and avoid disruption as much as possible. Please can we ask for your understanding that the majority of our packages are considered to be extra-large and they can take longer than usual to process through the courier system. At the present time, the third party couriers we use are delivering on schedule to most areas of the UK but your delivery may get delayed so we ask for your understanding on this.

Our website chat service is now turned on and available Monday-Friday 09:00am-5:00pm. We continue to reply to your emails as quickly as we can - our aim is to reply to all messages within 48hrs of receipt.

As we have a number of suppliers and bespoke items deliveries can range from 3-28 Working days from order unless otherwise stated. Bank holidays can add 1-2 days due to warehouse closures putting deliveries back 1-2 days on the lead times. Full info can be found on the delivery & returns page. Core Products - 3-7 Days

At this time most of our deliveries are running to the advertised schedule with good product availability, but please be aware there can be delays in the courier and supply network with inbound arrivals into UK Ports. If for some reason there is disruption to your order, we will keep you updated via email and telephone.

We are working hard with our suppliers daily to ensure we have our products available within reasonable lead times.

To help you even more, here are some tips to enable you when sourcing your new doors, floors and furniture:

Order early – if you have the space, order much earlier than you would normally do. We also do not mind holding orders until you are ready. We can secure the stocks for you. Consider alternatives – in most cases we source doors, floors and furniture from multiple suppliers so we will often have alternatives available, contact us for help. If something goes wrong

We do our up most to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with a product please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can arrange collection/replacement of the faulty/damaged goods. email [email protected] with your order number and surname as reference.
