We have recently added a new member of customer services to our team to assist with the calls and email correspondence due to the high volume of enquiries during lockdown. We have our phone lines manned between 09.30-16:00 Monday to Thursdays with Fridays until 15:00, whilst our emails are able to be manned throughout the entire day. We aim to respond to all emails within 1 working day. Thank you for your patience and support of a small family business

Typically 5-7 Working days from order unless otherwise stated. Bank holidays can add 1-2 days due to warehouse closures putting deliveries back 1-2 days on the lead times. Full info can be found on the delivery & returns page.

We do our up most to ensure that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with a product please contact us immediately so that we can arrange collection/replacement of the faulty/damaged goods.
